On Wednesday 22nd June at 4-4.30pm come and help us welcome BEACON Bradford to Waterside Court on Kirkstall Road as they complete their 10 mile walk to highlight the injustices of the asylum system.
BEACON will walk all the way from their home in Bradford to the Home Office signing centre on Kirkstall Road, completing a journey that asylum seekers dispersed to Bradford are required to make independently every week.
On Kirkstall Road they will be met by the citizens of Leeds with refreshments and cheers. Everyone is welcome, come and show your support and stand in solidarity with refugees and asylum seekers!
